WHAT IS DRU YOGA?
Dru Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga. It is a gentle yoga that is accessible to almost everyone. A Dru yoga class consists of activations to warm the body, sequences to exercise the body, postures to build strength and flexibility and relaxation to calm, relax and re-energise both mind and body.
